The Rota stands 20cm taller than the Maranza Pergola and so makes it a perfect overhang above bifold or patio doors. See example in the below image.
The construction of a terrace roof is no longer a complicated and long-term building project, this is a smart solution with a long lifespan.
The multi-functionality allows you to position the Pergola as a stand-alone structure or connect it to an existing building as a stylish extension to your home to be used as an al fresco dining space, a sheltered area for garden furniture or hot tubs, an outdoor kitchen or bar area and much, much more.
Easy Maintenance Rota Pergola
The durable aluminium frame of the Rota Pergola is expertly powder coated, providing exceptional longevity. Its rust-free, weatherproof, and UV protected properties ensure that your outdoor space remains in pristine condition for years to come.
With this reliable construction, you can confidently enjoy your outdoor haven without worrying about deterioration or damage.
Manual Roof Shutters
The key feature in the Pergola’s unique design is the vented roof louvres, the winding mechanisms allow you to control the direction of the roof louvres manually creating an open or closed space.
The genius built-in drainage system means that if the weather changes, just close the louvered roof to make the area completely weatherproof, any rainwater that lands on the louvres will flow into the guttering channels and drain through the legs to the ground.
Deluxe Screen Option
You may decide to add on 1, 2 or 3 screens to your Louvered Pergola, for added privacy and protection from the elements.
If so, then be reassured, these screens are made from Textiline, to allow the light to shine through and equally, creating an area of shade. As mentioned, they also protect you from the wind and rain as they are fixed to the Pergola legs.
Hassle Free Installation
You may be wondering if you can build the pergolas yourself and how much hassle it may be.

Estimated build time varies for each size model and can range from 1-5 hours. This does not affect the 5-year manufacturers’ warranty on the frame or the 2 year warranty on the sun & weather screens.
