We offer a Nationwide professional pergola installation service by our expert teams or free UK Mainland delivery for self-assembly within 2-4 weeks for 'in stock' items. However if you'd like to create your dream outdoor space at home, you'll find everything you need to know about our options and what you'll need to do beforehand here.
If you choose professional installation, you have the option to just leave a note at checkout and we will call you as soon as possible to discuss the best price for your installation based on your location. Once you are happy, we will add the additional service to the payment you have made.
(Payment is only held and not 'taken' on any of our products until we have spoken to you and confirmed stock, installation etc..)
Alternatively, you can give our friendly team a call before reaching checkout and we will give you the best possible price for assembly based on your postcode and send you the full quote and order link via email to make safely and securely payment that way.
Note: The date we arrange with you for installation may sometimes differ from when you receive your pergola and accessories, so it is a good idea to check your product then keep safe until the exciting installation day.

Installation by our trained team includes the delivery, assembly and bolting down of the pergola, including any screens & louvered panels. and we provide nationwide installs. Please get in touch to check lead times. We always do our best to work with you in getting the best time for you. Once you’ve placed your order online, we’ll make contact to book a convenient date to install your pergola within 2 weeks from estimated lead time at point of order. By selecting and paying for our installation service you are agreeing to the pre-installation guide detailed below. If anything in the guide is not adhered to, it may incur an additional fee for our team to return.
Our teams are trained to fix to the following surfaces:
- Concrete
- Paving slabs
- Wood decking
- Composite decking
- Porcelain tiles
Please note, for porcelain tiles the team uses diamond drill bits and are extremely careful, however please be aware that we cannot be held responsible if tiles are cracked when drilling down, due to how the surface has been laid or where the legs are required to sit close to grout lines. Fixing into porcelain tiles will incur an additional fee, due to the expense of using the correct tools and the added time taken to carefully complete this work. The install team are not trained electricians and so for any heater installations, please organise your own local electrician to fit this for you. Flashing can be added to the Pergola to create a seal between your property and Pergola, however this is not part of the design and the installation team can only fit the flashing as best they can to your property. Suns Lifestyle cannot guarantee that it will work on every surface. This is an addition to the pergola and not part of the pergola and so is not covered by the warranty.
