No assembly required
The fireplace is mostly assembled by delivery. The only thing you have to do is unpack the fireplace, mount the handle on the door and place the burner inside the fireplace.
- The burner is turned on by pouring bioethanol into the burner; the more you pour into it, the longer the flame persists.
- Afterwards, simply use a lighter to turn it on. The burner can afterwards be adjusted by partially closing the lid located on the top of the burner, decreasing the size of the flame.
- It is recommended to use a rod or adjustment tool found on our shop to operate it while it is currently burning as to avoid getting close to the fire. Closing the lid cuts of oxygen to the fire, extinguishing it shortly after.
Freestanding Bio Fireplace
The fireplace is a freestanding model and requires no connection of a chimney. Therefore, you can easily move the fireplace around when it's not in use. The flames are well protected in the fireplace, but it is still recommended to keep a safe distance from flammable materials like curtains, furniture, etc.
- The back of the fireplaces becomes slightly hot when turned on. Therefore, keep a distance of 2-3 cm between the wall and fireplace to prevent any markings from gradually appearing after long usage.

Delivery Information
We provide FREE Kerbside Delivery* for all wood-burning, Multifuel, Gas, and Electric stoves on our website priced over £500.00. *Please note that deliveries to some parts of Scotland and the Scottish Highlands may incur an additional charge.
It’s important to emphasise that our delivery service is kerbside only. The driver will not bring the items into the property. Given the weight of the items, assistance will be needed on the delivery day.
For successful delivery, the customer must be present to sign for the items. In case of any visible damages, the fire/stove should be refused, and Simply Stoves must be contacted promptly.
If a customer is unavailable on the scheduled delivery day, there may be a redelivery charge. Please ensure that you are present to avoid any inconvenience.
Stoves are shipped on pallets, which also serve as part of the packaging. Should you need to return the fire/stove, the pallet will be left with you.
Delivery times may vary depending on the availability of the chosen stove or flue product. In-stock items are typically dispatched from our warehouse within 7-10 working days from the order date. Courteous drivers will carefully pack and deliver the stoves, and you will receive a pre-delivery phone call to coordinate a convenient date.
Delivery is Monday – Friday between 9am and 5pm, Saturday deliveries may be available at an additional cost, if this is required, please call before ordering so we can advise the price of this.
For those in a hurry, we offer a next-day delivery service for in-stock items at an additional charge (price on application). Customers wanting to collect orders from our warehouse will be notified via email or telephone once the product is in stock and has been checked.

Returns & Exchanges
At Bioethanol-Fireplace we wish that our customers are satisfied with their purchased products. However, should you against expectation wish to return an item that is of course possible.
We will ask you to follow the process below. This will ensure that returned goods and complaints will be handled most optimally for both you and us.
Damaged Product upon Arrival
Contact customer service immediately and no less than 48 hours after receiving the item.
If you do not contact our customer support about freight damage within the above-mentioned timespan, Bioethanol-Fireplace.co.uk is in no way obligated to refund and/or replace the damaged product.
Return Policy
We offer 14-days full return.
We provide full return on all our products, which are not yet in use, and returned in original packaging. This applies up to the entire 14 days. Your right of cancellation applies from the day you receive your product.
When you decide you want to return the package, please fill out the form and follow the instructions, it will make it much easier both for us and for you.
Important Note for Returns
Upon return, it is the customers responsibility for the risk of the goods' accidental treatment or deterioration during the return transport. Bioethanol-Fireplace is under no obligation to reimburse any additional costs associated with the consumer having explicitly chosen a different and more expensive method of delivery than the standard delivery provided by Bioethanol-Fireplace. You, as a customer, have full responsibility for the returned goods until they are physically returned to Bioethanol-Fireplace. Therefore, always get a track and trace number for the package, so it can be traced.
Can I change my order?
Of course you can change your order if we have not already packed it and it has not been processed yet by our logistics department. If you have received an e-mail with tracking number, it is probably too late to change anything.

Bioethanol Fuel Fireplace-Safety Advice
Bio ethanol and gel fuel burners are used decoratively and as heating sources, both indoors and out. There are currently no European standards for these products, so safety advice should be strictly followed:
- always follow manufacturers’ instructions and only use bio ethanol in fireboxes and containers designed for the product
- bio ethanol is highly flammable and should be kept in tightly-closed containers, away from ignition sources
- fireboxes and containers should always be placed on a stable surface, away from combustible materials
- never add fuel to a burning fire, overfill a fuel container or fill up a firebox fuel container that’s still hot
- keep children and pets away from fireboxes and fuel
- regularly clean and check fuel containers for damage, never use a leaking one and always clean away any fuel spills with a damp cloth and dry completely
- keep hands, hair and clothing well clear of any burning flames and fuel
- always light bio ethanol fuel with an extended lighter or extra-long match, and never discard matches into the container.
