Simple Returns

We want you to feel confident in your purchase, and our team is always on hand to help guide you before ordering.

If for any reason you change your mind after receiving your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to discuss a return.

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and suitable for resale.

We strongly recommend inspecting products before installation, as items which have been assembled, installed, or fixed to a property may not be eligible for return.

Due to the size and specialist nature of many of our products, customers are responsible for return delivery costs unless an item is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly. Collection and return charges for large items can be significant, so we always recommend speaking with our team first.

Please note that bespoke, made-to-order, or customised products may be exempt from standard return rights.
