Delivery is free on standard single-dispatch pergola orders and selected products to most mainland UK postcodes.
Additional delivery charges may apply for certain Welsh, Scottish, Highland, Island and remote postcodes due to increased carrier costs. Where a surcharge applies, this will be displayed at checkout where possible, or we will contact you before dispatch to confirm any additional charges.
Additional charges may also apply where split shipments or staged deliveries are requested.
If a delivery is missed, refused, or cannot be completed due to circumstances outside of our control, a re-delivery charge may apply.
We aim to keep our delivery process simple, transparent and hassle-free.
Ireland & Northern Ireland
Delivery options for Ireland vary depending on the product and supplier. Please contact us for further information and available delivery options.
For Henley Stoves, we can deliver to Northern Ireland subject to stock availability. Please contact us to confirm availability before placing your order.
Order Confirmation
Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that we have received your order and pre-authorised your payment method.
We will then check stock availability with the relevant supplier. If an item is unavailable or on back-order, we will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements and, where necessary, void the payment authorisation.
Where items are available for dispatch, payment will be processed and your order prepared for shipment.
Order Shipment
In-stock items are typically dispatched within three business days of your order being placed.
Once your order leaves the warehouse, we will send shipping confirmation to the email address provided at checkout.
If you have not received a shipping update within four business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@gardensofstyle.co.uk.
International Orders
On the rare occasions we are able to ship internationally, please note that our products are designed for the UK market and intended for use with UK 230-240V electrical systems.
While our products comply with applicable British standards, they may not meet the electrical or safety certification requirements of other countries. Customers are responsible for ensuring suitability for use in their destination country.
Damages
Please inspect your delivery carefully upon arrival.
If the packaging appears damaged, please note this when signing for delivery or refuse the delivery where appropriate.
If damage is discovered after unpacking, please contact support@gardensofstyle.co.uk as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours after receipt of the goods.
Where damage is identified, please take clear photographs of:
- The outer packaging
- Any internal packaging
- The damaged product(s)
Photographs should be emailed to support@gardensofstyle.co.uk along with details of the issue. We will then advise on the next steps and, where required, assist with a replacement or return claim.
